Our Mission
We see cinema as a tool to explore the human mind. Through our visual expeditions we hope to enlist our audience in discoveries that show us our potential as human beings. Through short films and feature length projects we hope to achieve a high level of intellectual depth and an intrinsically exciting entertainment value.
Our vision
Through our efforts, we hope to deliver projects that ignite sparks of thought within our audience that will help them learn more about themselves. We are not lecturers, nor are we preachers. We are simply explorers looking for companionship eager to embark on our next expedition.

Founding member:
Haris serif bahadir
Haris Şerif is the founding member of Svjetlost, he is also one of the founding members of our parent company Karwan CE. He is a filmmaker from Istanbul who has several independent productions under his belt along with 150 short film scripts and 5 feature length scenarios.
He specializes in creative writing but his efforts reach into fields such as photography, graphic and 3D design etc.
He is a psychology major at the Istanbul Zaim University. He is also a film analysis tutor for three different organizations; Binder, Danışment and Psikovera.
